Together with our partners from Germany and Slovenia, we have just concluded a key coordination meeting in Palermo for the DART project, the Digital Awareness Reflection Toolkit. Working side by side, comparing approaches and building a shared resource is what a European partnership means in practice, and it is at the heart of our mission: innovating youth work and offering quality tools to educators across Europe.

The meeting focused on the “Alpha” version of the toolkit, the first working draft that will be tested and refined in the next phases of the project. DART is designed to help young people develop critical thinking and media literacy. At a time when much of their lives happens online, educators need effective tools to open these conversations and to guide young people towards a more aware and responsible way of living the digital world.

The work is far from over and more meetings are on the horizon, but we are truly satisfied with the results of this partnership. Stay tuned for the next steps!
