The last days of our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Understanding Emotions through Senses have passed very quickly, and we have now reached the end of this shared experience. These final moments have been particularly intense, as we continued exploring emotions through a variety of creative activities that allowed participants to express themselves in new and meaningful ways.
In these days, we worked on understanding how emotions can be conveyed through theatre, staging scenes inspired by everyday life and learning how body language, voice, and movement can shape emotional expression. We also explored the relationship between sound, music, and emotion, and through storytelling exercises, participants created narratives capable of communicating different emotional states.
We dedicated time to discovering the opportunities offered by EU programmes, helping participants understand how European initiatives can support their personal and professional growth.
To conclude the Youth Exchange, we prepared a closing event in which participants showcased what they had learned. Through interviews, posters, and a short play, they presented the tools and insights developed during the project, sharing their experience with the group and celebrating the journey we completed together.
