From June 15th to 18th, 2026, group leaders from Italy, Estonia, Serbia and Turkey gathered for the preparatory meeting of the upcoming Erasmus+ youth exchange “Understanding Emotions through Senses”. The exchange aims to promote socio emotional learning and psychological well being among young people, encouraging them to recognise their strengths and personal resources and challenging common myths surrounding mental health.

Together with our partners, during the meeting we successfully:

• finalised the educational goals of the project and its daily activities;
• shared group management guidelines, to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Strengthening equality, rights and active citizenship across Europe is at the heart of our work, in the framework of the CERV programme, which stands for Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values. By supporting youth leaders and co designing high quality non formal learning spaces, our network continues to foster strong international partnerships and meaningful intercultural dialogue.
